Project2Morrow’s Board of Directors shall determine and uphold the organization’s mission, oversee its financial operations, ensure sound, ethical and legal practices, maintain adequate resources, monitor programs, improve the public image of the organization, and ensure that the nonprofit has sufficient resources to support its mission.
