Training Africa Initiative
Training Africa Initiative (TAI) is a flagship project of Project2Morrow (P2M) dedicated to strengthening Africa’s workforce through knowledge-sharing and skills development. The program identifies and recruits top talents—teachers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, educators, and subject-matter experts—from around the world and connects them with African countries that require specialized training and capacity building.
Through TAI, professionals can contribute their expertise in a wide range of fields, including:
Technology & IT
coding, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity Languages & Communication – English, French, Portuguese, and African languages for education and business
Healthcare & Public Health
medical training, nursing, mental health, and community health programs
Business & Administration
leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, and financial literacy
Education & Pedagogy
modern teaching methods, curriculum development, and distance learning
Volunteers can train in person or remotely, making ATI accessible and impactful across diverse regions. Every contribution helps build a sustainable workforce capable of addressing Africa’s present challenges and future opportunities.
